TBT to exploring Ireland and drinking “amber” Guinness beer with these dudes
Two years ago, I first heard about a small EV startup called Rivian. Initially, I was very skeptical, passing them off as “vaporware”. Since then, I’ve been able to catch a glimpse of their groundbreaking battery technology and the amazing brand they’ve been building. What they’ve been able to accomplish over the last few years has never been done before and it’s simply astounding to see it unfolding in real-time. I was incredibly fortunate to be able to fly in for the reveal of Rivian’s first two vehicles this past week in LA (worth the long flights!). They’re stunning, highly capable, efficient vehicles that will allow us to explore the outdoors like never before (can’t wait to go skiing in the R1T!). In short, seeing everything come together this week has been ‘unreal’ (meeting Rihanna was cool, watching @rjscaringe reveal the R1T and R1S was a whole other level). PS— super nervous to sit in the R1S pictured above 😳
Beyond thankful for the time I got to spend with my wonderful sisters in Scotland last month! Only 3 more exciting weeks before we reunite again!
Cheers mate! It’s day 45 abroad and I’m off in Glasgow this weekend, then Alexis & Anna arrive for a week in Edinburgh/Dublin. Can’t believe time is flying by so fast! 🇬🇧
